This Night of Joy and Gratitude

About this night…
Reflecting over your awesomeness and the things you cherish and FEEL grateful for makes you tingle inside. We tend to forget about how good we are sometimes. It’s easier beating up oneself than acknowledging the good in yourself.
There’s a reason for this, but instead of me diving into psychological explanations about the problem, I thought I’d bring you a way that you could supercharge your confidence and boost your self-esteem.
LIKE A SHOT OF ADRENALINE PUNCHED STRAIGHT INTO YOUR HEART
With me I have a journal. I call it “The Book of Magic Moments” and it’s what Tony Robbins, super famous personal transformation artist, calls a SUCCESS JOURNAL.
If you imagined that you had a hundred times the confidence you have today, how would your life be different?
ALOT, I suppose, don’t you?
And why would someone want more confidence? Sorry, that was a stupid question. But make sure that you have your reasons for WHY you not only WANT more confidence but rather WHY it is a MUST than a vage WANT.
When something is a MUST for you it’s more likely that you commit to the actions needed to achieve your desired results and dreams.

I’ve been talking enough now, haven’t I?!
THE SIMPLE STRATEGY TOWARDS BECOMING SUPER CONFIDENT
Each day before you go to bed write the following things in a journal or notebook that you keep with you all the time:
- OUTSTANDING - Write down three good, great, awesome, fantastic, cool, outstanding things about what you’ve did or about who you’ve been during the day. It’s also very important to scribble down your REASONS, the WHY? E.g. Why you were an outstanding friend today.
- THANK YOU - Gratitude can make the biggest difference in how you feel in your day to day life, and it effects the quality of your life. Write down three things you’re grateful for. It could be that you’re grateful for your health, or that you’re playful, or that you simple are alive. Write down whatever that comes to mind.
This list could of course get more advanced, but I believe in keeping it simple if you’re starting out on this journey of personal transformation. And if you’ve heard about this before and you’re not applying it to your life, then I believe there’s a reason for you reading this right now, don’t you?
Is it a main priority in your life to live life to the fullest and more on your own terms, then building up a strong force of confidence within you will be crucial.
