In those moments of solitude you can hear the smooth whispers of your heart and soul.</p> <p>The mind goes to rest for a while. No more ego. “Do I love myself?” You’ll feel it.</p> <p>There’s no mental construction that can trick you into believing things about yourself that aren’t true - and it doesn’t matter how much you have been telling that false story about yourself.</p> <p>Maybe it’s your choice of work, partner or friends that you’ve been lying about unmindfully.</p> <p>But the material world is so seductive, so shiny, so sparkling… What is it that you are hiding from yourself?</p> <p><img src="http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lzhhnuIZJT1qai2b2.jpg"/></p> <p>Are you by some standards successful? Good looking? Got the “good” job?</p> <p>The smooth whisper will reveal the truth. You don’t know what it is maybe, but it’s there like a splinter in your mind. It’s easy to fool yourself, especially when everybody around you are playing along in the same charade of fake-ness.</p> <p>All the self hate, self doubt, fear to evolve, addiction to feeling safe are not natural states of a healthy mind and body, and cannot possibly exist in a state of true self love. And then it’s not about the singular person you alone, but you as a part of this whole worldly experience.</p> <p>Don’t confuse self love with the ego’s cravings for approval, power, being more and other fly-by-night accomplishments. Standing there on the beach without anyone telling you who you are, what you should do or how you should behave will provide you with that vacuum needed for the right answers to come whispering in your heart and soul.</p> <p>Let’s have a moment of silence. At this moment I’m still not talking about what’s about to happen, I’d rather show you then tell you, just like the techniques with storytelling - <em><strong>show it, don’t say it. </strong></em></p> <p>As all of you probably know by now is that the Freedude Challenges are NOT about Jack Ass stunts, but rather to achieve a dream that leads to self actualization.</p> <p>Massive confidence, slick entrepreneurship, mad communication skills, and other peak performance strategies are must ingredients these achieving-dreams-cooking-session.</p> <p>One of my experienced to-does for achievement is to act of concealing your dream. It’s like when I don’t spill it out it boiles so wildly inside of me that it has to manifest itself into reality. You’ve probably seen the agents in The Matrix, how they tirelessly try to destroy the people who have freed their minds. That’s how I view the majority of the people in modern societies. They are profoundly concerned about that their family, friends and neighbors stick to a lifestyle that fits THEIR OWN model of the world, with it’s boundaries, limitations and rules. But how?</p> <p>Yesterday I put my gloves on and trained Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) with some local dudes that had some heavy skills. And being the rookie that I am I was sure to face some minor difficulties at practice since we were going to spar (also know as beating each other up).</p> <p>The dudes were hard, fast, and went all in while my main focus was to keep my head cool to be able to outsmart my opponents. Because every dude there had their flaws, and the whole practice became a game of observation and analyzing the war zone before entering the battle. </p> <p>If you put this metaphor into your life we could say that you could observe a situation or a new decision your thinking about making just to reduce the chances of getting your ass brutally beaten. </p> <p>This makes me think of myself and a close member to the family - thinking a couple of more times before we act upon a decision could save us from a lot of pain and misery.</p> <p>So, don’t rush in to anything.</p> <p>How have you saved yourself from getting into an undesired situation by simple taking it easy and slow and not rushing into things? I’m curious to hear out your story.
